Instructions of Heating NiCr Alloy Wires:

Heating cable is an electric heating cable by winding resistance alloy wires on the glass fiber wire and coating silicone rubber insulating layer outside .Outer diameter : 1.2/2.0/2.5/3.0/4.0/5.0mm etc ; Resistance value: 0.3~20000 ohm/m,Temperature : 90/180 Deg.C

Application of Heating NiCr Alloy Wires:

Defrosting and heating of refrigerator ,air conditioner and cooler, heat preservation of rice cooker, electric blanket ,electric cushion, electric massage chair, medical and cosmetology equipment, electric waistline, electric thermal cloth,electric shoes,bathtub,swimming pool,foot basin,heat preservation and freeze protection of pipeline and tank,heating of car window ,etc .Heating wire in various specifications can be customized .

1.Seal the joint of heating wire and leading –out cold end(lead wire) with silicon rubber by mould pressing, should insulate the lead wire with silicone rubber .

2.Seal the joint of heating wire and the leading-out cold end(lead wire)with shrinkable tube.

3.The joint of heating wire and the leading-oout cold end has the same diameter with the wire body,and the heating and cold parts are marked by color codes. The advantage is the structure is simple,as the joint and the wire body have the same diameter .

Working temperature of Heating NiCr Alloy Wires:

1.Max power is 8W/M of P5 heating cable , long working temperature is -25℃ to 60℃

2.Normally 12W/M of PVC heating wire, -25℃ to 70℃ if working long , widely used in Refrigerator and air conditioner .

3.Silicone rubber heating cable has excellent heat resistance performance,and can be widely applied to defrosting devices for refrigerator and cooler. Its power average density commonly is lower than 40w/m,and it can reach 50W/M under good radiating environment .Working temperature is -60℃ to 155℃ .
