2BE1 2BE3 series water ring vacuum pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) is used to pump air or other non corrosive, insoluble, and solid particle free gases, in order to form a certain vacuum in the sealed container being pumped. It is allowed to mix trace amounts of liquid in the inhaled gas. The recommended working range for this pump is 400hp1~900hp1

This type of vacuum pump is mainly used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, building materials, electrical appliances, food, coal washing, mineral processing, fertilizer, etc.

When equipped with an explosion-proof motor, it can pump flammable and explosive gases. When the pump body material is corrosion-resistant, it can pump gases with a certain degree of corrosiveness.

2BE series water ring vacuum pump is suitable for suction or transportation of gases with temperatures ranging from -10 ℃ to 40 ℃, and working water temperatures ranging from 0 ℃ to 35 ℃. It does not contain solid particles or corrosive gases.

Due to the use of a solid hot fitting interference fit between the shaft and impeller hole, as well as a high bearing safety factor, this type of pump has a relatively high reliability. The use of welded impellers, with all wheels and blades machined, fundamentally solves the problem of dynamic balance, balanced operation, and low noise.
